Loved staff and rooms. I stayed in the room that was well cleaned and available with classic design. My favorite property in Bern.

Clean hotel with awesome views, we think it's a super base for staying in Bern. Stunning and magnificent location close to Gardens.

We loved the hotel and Bern, had 4 great days there. The room was spotless, luxury, it had a mini bar fridge, a seating area and a writing table.

I appreciated staff and food - they were very good.

The staff were pleasant and courteous, everything was excellent. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was immaculate and stylish with breakfast included. The hotel had a very central location and it was walking distance to a bronze statue.

Everything was simply really good. We loved this typical European hotel. The location was best possible, for example, a bronze statue was at walking distance from the property. Well-equipped room and great communication with the staff. They had an easy check-in.

Double superior room with nice bed and breathtakingmarina views. Staff were ready to help, that was nice! The area was delightful. Outstanding service everywhere too.

Facilities were nice, however Wi-Fi was awful.

The staff was especially helpful, the hotel was impeccably clean and placed in an old part of the city right by centre and the center of the city of Bern across from the train station and the Old Town, the Bahnhof Bern and the Hauptbahnhof. The pool was amazing and I had complimentary drinks in the lobby bar.

The room was brand-new and well furnished, super-friendly staff. By the way, I paid usd 52 per day to get parking lot. Also, the parliament building was within walking distance.

Dismissive staff & unbeatable location. Particularly nice view, a nice balcony, spacious bed, too. Food was excellent, breakfast was sumptuous. Walking distance to a supermarket and a shopping area across the street. I loved my stay, just really nice.

The rooms were impeccable, staff was responsive, the location was exceptional. And it also had perfect view. The service was fantastic too. Opposite a train station, a short walk to a shopping area and a supermarket.

Fairly clean, spotless room, in front of the central station. Reasonably spacious suite and comfy bed. Exceptional breakfast, decent service. Cigar bar and heated pool.

It was worth its 5 stars. So glad we choose it, it's unique base for staying in Bern. Our hotel is set in a very central location. For breakfast property charges 45 CHF per person per day.

Can recommend, the hotel is charming. This property was brilliant place for exploring Bern, greatly enjoyed it. We booked charming king room for 2 nights and had a wonderful stay. Employees were professional and excellent.
